As the year draws to a close, I want to pause and say thank you. Thank you for your trust, your business, for reading my blog, for recommending me, and for your steady support in so many ways.
This year marked Priority Environmental, LLC’s second year in business, and you helped make it a true success. I’m deeply grateful for this opportunity at this stage of life. After a long career in the petroleum storage tank industry, I feel incredibly blessed in this “second half” of my journey. I’m sustained by the friendships—both new and long-standing—that have grown along the way, and by what I like to call the “freedom of time.” Discovering a healthy work–life balance has been liberating, especially as my husband, Garry, and I work side by side.
This Christmas, Garry and I are looking forward to time with our adult children, their spouses and significant others, and our grandson. For the first time, we will be the eldest generation at the table, as we lost Garry’s mom this year. She was not only my mother‑in‑law for forty‑three years but also a dear friend. We will honor her memory with an empty place setting at our Christmas table.
I wish you a very Merry Christmas, and I look forward to spending time with you in the New Year. Here’s praying that in 2026 we use our resources and influence to be a blessing to others.
